Post by: Jokerhastowait2022 on October 04, 2020, 07:46:36 PM
HEY!
I was wondering how much Dr.Lee charges for tibia LON and LATN, since the prices are not mentioned in his website.

Thanks. Would you happen to know if Dr. Lee also does quad lengthening, and what his price is for Stryde Femurs + LON tibias?

Hi anaverageeperson,

I'm not sure if Dr. Lee offers Strydes yet. Last I heard, there was an issue with Strydes being approved in Korea. Browsing through his website he seems to only offer Precise. Not sure where to find the prices on his website. I found the prices from 2019 here: http://www.limblengtheningforum.com/index.php?topic=45295.0.

Dr. Lee offers STRYDE as of August 2020. The first patient already has been done. He celebrated his first Stryde case with a cake and a party.

Yes he offers quadrilaterals. His price is about like $85k-90k for stryde femoral nail + 3 month 4 roommate room (though with stryde it's better to rent elsewhere). And according to HobbesTheCat LON tibial extension is $25k.

I actually do not know if you can mix and match. Haven't seen it before, you probably can. But the LON Tibias will pretty much waste the advantages of stryde Femurs. Doubt you'll enjoy it.

I will never recommend simultaneous quadrilaterals. One year apart or 6 month if in a rush, stryde first

So, I recently received two pdf files from Dr.lee, showing the prices, and they are just way too expensive. Here they are:

And some people still believe that prices will go down if CLL becomes more popular.
