Dr karin payne in uni of colorado with her team developing biomimetic growth plate even though the phase 3 study will be completed in 2023 so if it go well how do you think such a thing will be inserted. Keeping it from falling or breaking idont understand how this therapy will work anyway may be by lizarov for 2weaks then remove it

Sorry the study has to be completed in 2 2022

This only helps those with growth plate injuries right?
How would this be applicable to people whose growth plates have already closed?
-
I think that if they manage to develop this, someone will find a way to make it applicable to adults with closed growth plates.

Where is the source of this, how do I contact her?

I feel like if this is viable for adults and not significantly more expensive than the surgeries we have now, it could have the potential to entirely change CLL and how it is seen. I need to research more about this though, haven’t been able to find much on it though in terms of media coverage.

Phase 3 didnt end yet

How many phases are there? I’m not familiar with the process of medical developments
