Title: Cyborg4life says to learn to sleep on your back (to train for LL)

He says that when you are doing LL, you will only be able to sleep on your back without pain , something about the insertion site wounds on your sides not sure

And that doing this beforehand will help you get better sleep when you're starting LL

It'll help for sure, especially if you choose externals/LON.

I did manage to learn how to sleep on my side wearing frames, though. I'd have pillows in between my legs and my legs slightly fanned out. Could only consistently do it comfortably while consolidating, as while lengthening it'd often be too painful.

I feel bad for the lengtheners who are used to sleeping on their stomach. RIP.
