Title: Did the shoelift company go bust?
Post by: Jason2020 on February 15, 2021, 04:36:18 PM
There was a site I used to purchase shoelifts from (like black wedges you put inside shoes/boots) but I can't find the site anywhere or anything that comes close.

Have they moved or did they indeed go bust?

This company is great to be honest and I know a few others using it and they don't even care about the height gain. Quality is pretty good on these and beats many timberlands and docs.

https://www.guidomaggi.com

Expensive but worth it.

Eye-watering prices there matey. The shoelifts were much cheaper and could be used in practically any brand of footwear. I love my TL's and DM's so wouldn't want to discard those.

No doubt but the quality of leather is really there. This is something you would buy once as dress shoes for special events. If you know how to insert lifts into dress shoes or know any good lift company I would appreciate it if you can link it below. Even though I will be average height I still want to look taller why not, everyones doing it these days.

I mean it depends. With these kinds of shoes, it's obvious with a chunkier heel and thus the actual addition to the height isn't as big as the promised 4-6 inches given normal shoes would give you about an inch or two maximum.

As I said there was a website called shoelift that used to sell these black wedges/lifts you'd put in your shoes. But they appear to have gone bust.

I definitely need to invest in some lifts anyway. More people wear them than you would think.
