You look taller in the after pic than I did pre-OP. Those long legs definitely help make you look tall! No problems on wingspan. I have a negative ape index and it doesn't look bad at all, especially if you're muscular then people will just assume your arms look short because of that.

Im confused, what’s your current height?

I"m 5"6 now

Dear dunghuynh2227,
do you feel the courage to do the 2nd round of the lengthening on the femurs? Do you not feel the fear? I am before my first surgery and I am feeling very scared and not getting the good sleep.
do you feel that your new legs are as good as the old? can you stand for many hours without the pain or tiring?

Lol it makes sense that you look taller in the "after" pic then. Your second op would be the same as my first OP.

Looking good! I would say 8 is a bit too much, perhaps 5 is a better target, and it's also safer :)

Might as well do 6.5-7.5 it’s not much riskier or detrimental at all and you will have lengthened evenly to original or have your femur longer 1cm longer

Looks awesome. Just do it, and keep tracking while distracting the nail. The doctor will ask you to stop when it's the time to stop, might be 5cm? You don't know, it depends at your conditions, but you can might go to 8cm maybe. Just keep lenghening it until you reach 8cm or when the doc tell you it's the safe maximum

You would look really good!
