I am in my early 30s, so my growth plates are closed for sure. My height: 5’9 or 175cm. I would like to reach 5’10 or 178cm. I would be content with 178cm, and overly happy with 180cm.
Are there any experimental or theoretical heightmaxx regimens to grow an inch? Are there any first-hand experiences or anecdotes? Did someone successfully heightmaxxed, even though their growth plates were already closed?
Or is it too late now and the horse has bolted?
There is of course limb-lengthening surgery, but it costs a lot, is an extreme procedure, takes one year off of one’s life, and one loses athletic ability. I won’t lose 80 grand on some barbaric procedure. Heel maxxing is kinda dumb: Every woman and man will notice once you take off your shoes.

The only way Id leg lengthening. It would be really nice If we could get Taller with other Methods.

99% of people here will be mad at you because they just break their bone, wasting their time, risking their life for 2 inches of height.
And now you're here asking how to grow taller.

Unless millionaire willing to spend big money hiring people doing research on how to grow taller (i doubt they will do since millionaire probably don't give a fk about height)
Or unless someone here started a charity project that will donate to the university on doing this research.
You probably didn't see it anytime soon, Unless you want to do the LSJL which takes a decade before you can gain noticeably height.
The only meds that gain you noticeable height are HGH with something that delayed / puberty/grow plates such as lower estrogen and some cancer cure drug. The problem is you're too late. And the good time to do this is 10-13. But at 10-13, we don't even know what is our final height. it's very sad.

You can maintain morning height longer by taking a sizeable dose of Glucosamine + Chondroitin, daily. This juices up the cartiliage 'fluids' in your spine. It's not really additional height but more like maintaining your morning height as long as possible as humans shrink during the day due to gravity compressing our spine. It's not significant height gain, 1cm-2cm (and 2cm is pushing reality) tops compared to your "old" afternoon height.
This is as far as I'm aware, one of the only things an adult can do at this point.

Stem cells can become anything you want - bones, cartilage, etc . It is already used to speed up bone healing. I believe we are 3-5 years away from reactivating growth plates. Many labs around the world working on solving this problem.It might take more time to make it available for GP of course...

5'9 to 5'10 aint even worth it. we are talking >40k$ for 2.54cm.
You good to go with your current height. Save up and retire early and enjoy the rest of your life in pattaya 8)
