I can’t turn on auto translate. Whose the doctor that does this and what’s the official name of the procedure?

Pretty sure this would be a very small increase (2-3cm max) and would decrease balance and athletic ability

You must use PC to turn on subtitles. But the doctor's name is Dra Maria Jose Barba and the official name is 'heel implant'.
I'm pretty sure that there are other doctors who can imitate such procedures as it's basically just injecting fillers into the bottom of your heels. I will try to dig deeper.

That's about 40%-60% of what conservative LL could give you.
and would decrease balance and athletic ability
So would LL. ;D
By the way, you could always do both LL and this to achieve the maximum gains.

Very interesting.
What’s the procedure called? Are there doctors performing this right now?

But the athletic ability is different from LL because your heels control so much of your balance

What I'm saying is both of them definitely have their own risks. But which one has less disadvantages is debatable.
-
2-3 cm? No way. Try 1 cm max, probably only half that.

Guys, I'm from Spain and I know someone who did it and IT'S A SCAM. The guy gained 0, it goes away fast. I also considered doing this becuase I would be happy with just 3 cm, but not worth it.

Interesting. The video was uploaded 10 years ago and the Dr. has an Instagram account: https://www.instagram.com/dra_maria_jose_barba_martinez/. She seems to be fine. Why hasn't no one exposed her?

As far as I know, it's not her main thing, she does lots of other things where I guess she is legit. Regarding the feet insoles, the first red flag is that they don't even measure you before the "surgery" lol. Believe, it's fake as fk. In spain other option I did consider was an skull implant, I met the doctor. That's legit, but I decided to do LL instead, because it's just stupid to get that in your head for 2 cm, he says it's uncomfortable and can also break with impact.

Could you link me to this skull implant surgery?

I don't think it's on his official site. The surgeon is called Dr. Candau, price was like 6.000 euros I think. He did say that it does not look weird up to 2 cm but of course... the risk of it breaking with any impact (I like boxing) made me reconsider. There are some news about the procedure on spanish newspapers, in English I have found this: https://www.eppleyplasticsurgery.com/making-one-taller-with-a-skull-implant/#:~:text=With%20the%20immediate%20insertion%20of,to%20the%20scalp%20stretch%20obtained.

All these are bs that don't work and also don't improve your body aesthetically. Even if that implant worked (which it doesn't and completely goea away after some months) it would have been like having permament insoles.
You would still look as short as before and you would also not be able to wear insoles again as you couldn't even wear shoes with rhat implants and insoles together.
That skull thing is even more stupid and will look crap too.
Doing LL makes you taller forever but also improves your appearance too if you are short.
These bs don't improve anything and are jokes for any sane person that wants to become taller.
-
LL is the only real and true way of gaining height that will stay with you forever. Injectable insoles is bs.
-
If this could give me 3-4cm I'd do it in a heartbeat.
Alas..
-
Why would someone do this ?
You will not Look Taller with this method

Of course you'll look taller. But the main thing is you will be physically taller.
If it's the looks you care about, then just do tibia lengthening.

But wouldn’t you look weird walking around barefoot? I know LL can affect your proportions, but you can wear long trousers or shorts to hide long bone segments which really aren’t that noticeable already.

The same logic applies, you can choose not to walk around barefoot. lol
In all seriousness, just forget it. I imagine it'd look weird.
-
Looks like an experimental procedure a while ago. Since no patients or doctors have touted the “successful” results, it’s obvious it did not succeed.
-
Has anyone tried 《How to get taller exercise guide》and achieved more height??
I've been wanting to correct my body shape to get taller through this book.
Has anyone whose growth plate was closed tried this book's exercises to get taller by correcting body shape?

Exerscises will Not make you taller

Good luck when you leg has to be chopped off due to infection or some other months down the line. Anything that has to do with substance been injected should always be a No Go

Yeah, just never go to the beach, the pool, invitations to dinner at a friend's house or the spa ever again. Simple, lol.
This will make your feet look deformed and that's much worse than just having longer legs from LL. People with weirdly long tibias or femurs come naturally. People with artifical heels don't.

Long femurs will almost certainly look weird. Long femurs due to LL won't seem to be natural.
With that being said, just forget about this injectable insoles. It's not really a good idea.
