Title: Which doctor within 200 miles of Los Angeles can do lon? monorail with nails

Since stryde will be suspended indefinitely and may not return until at least 2022, I am seriously considering lon of tibia for 5~6cm. I hope I can do the surgery near Los Angeles, because I live in Los Angeles, at least I hope I can be in Los Angeles to finish the extension at home. Who knows which doctor can do lon? Monorail with nail.And price?thanks

Does not exist in the usa for cosmetic reasons

Dr. Assayag do it.but he is in Baltimore. i want to know if it is possible in CA

There is ilizarov with mahboubian, but it is same price as precice. Therefor, does not exist.
I asked about it a couple years ago, it was 55k and then some more for frame removal
