3.5-4cm tibias is safe

I would have 0.485 sitting height ratio/height.I dont know if that would extreme unproportionable.

Not too sure bro but I’d say don’t overthink proportions I’d say talk to the doctor you’re doing it with. I overthink proportions too

That’s a very high inseam for your height already. If you are only increasing 4cm overall though it should look totally normal. I have the same inseam at 5’9 and it’s somewhat long legged for that height already, FWIW

I'm in a very similar boat to you with 169.5 cm, 32 inch inseam and 34 inch sitting height (86.5 cm; your inseam SH correlation is a little off, might be worth rechecking).
Generally I think shoulder width is much more significant with proportions, you could pull off long legs if you have the frame for it.
Based on my mockups I could pull off an absolute maximum of 10 cm, so upto 8 cm is very doable, pack on some muscle on glutes to try to increase sitting height a bit as well as shoulders and traps and look into spinal decompression/posture stretches which might give you an additional cm.
But you're gunning for 4 cm or so, I'm confident it won't be a problem at all as it won't affect your initial proportions much at all.

I think it can help a little bit. I have a big butt and a small torso and yet my sitting height is as tall as my 6’0 friends’. But sitting height is super irrelevant anyways, at most people might tease you for going from small to tall when sitting up. Plus few sit with good posture, sit with great posture and you’ll have 2cm more than most do because few sit up straight.
-
I have no butt at all..so yeah i think gaining like a lot of muscles and working out glutes may provide me with 2 or even 2.5 cm of sitting height which would help alot..not that i have a short sitting height now but anything is a welcome addition.

Yeah, but I wear Xs shirts and when I wear even shoes with platform of just 4-4.5 cm my legs looks super long and torso small that s why Im suspicious.
