What is your hip to floor measurment in cm?
-
The "Hip" is not easy to identify exactly, from crotch to floor (against wall, push book up between legs to max, then measure top of book to floor is easiest) or even from greater Trochanter to floor...
The best study (2018 https://royalsocietypublishing.org/doi/10.1098/rsos.171790) on Leg/Body ratio used Trochanter to Ankle height vs Height to gauge Male attractiveness, using this method it found 1 SD above average i.e 0.490+>0.015 = .505 equals best L/H ratio - i.e for me @ 179 cm tall a 90 cm Leg (Trochanter to Bottom of ankle Medial Malleoulus) is most attrractive.
I am currently at 86 cm Leg length, this is after 8cm of LL, and give me a respectable .480 L/H ratio, I was previously at an unattractive 78/171 = 0.455 L/H ratio...

I have 86 cm from trochanter to ankle at 171.Would I look weird with 89,5 cm at 175 cm.That is 51%

Is there much difference between this and inseam ratio? I mean obviously hip to floor would be a bigger number, but is it generally that someone with a 81cm inseam will have a (random number) 90cm hip to floor, or is there generally a large range of say 87-95cm for an inseam of 81?
I tried measuring this before surgery and could never figure it out. Now that I can’t stand up easily I probably won’t know if it’s super long until it already is ;D

1. 86 Troch to Ankle @ 171 cm is 86/171 = .503 L/H ratio , this is close to perfect (.506), even if You lengthen 8 cm You will have 0.525 L/B ratio, this is still an attractive ratio (about 92nd percentile) according to the study.
2 for reference my crotch to ground inseam is 84 cm, so that is quite close to my 86 cm Troch to Ankle length.
