Title: For your flight back Athens, Greece -> USA after LL, when should you book it?

So you won't know for certain how much you'll lengthen and when you'll need to come back home to USA. But if you book too close to the date you fly back home from Athens, Greece to USA after LL, you'll pay more since airplane tickets cost more closer to the date.

What is a good strategy and timing to deal with this?
