Hey all,
This is for all those who got 8 to 10 cm in femurs and have recovered fully with nail taken out. So like 2 years post op. How well can you sprint? At 90% pre surgery speed?
How good is agility? Like say your playing rugby, you run towards someone then change direction to left or right, how much is agility reduced? Agility down to 80%
