I followed the paint tutorial and did a +16cm mockup on my original picture. I would be 184cm, or around 6'0.5. How proportional does this look?

Looks fine. Nice long arms and short legs you've got for leg lengthening. That's about how I look now.

Awesome, reassuring to hear. Thanks

I have seen many mock ups but by far this is the most natural one

You look good at both heights. Will you post a photo of yourself after the surgery done?

Looks normal. What is your sitting height?

Not sure, never measured it. If I were to guess my torso would be slightly disproportionate (small) compared to my legs after 8 + 8 lengthening.

I think you have better looking proportions post surgery!

Just a random thing I noticed looking again at the xray report, my "lower extremity" ("femoral head to talar dome") is pretty much dead on 84cm, meaning I currently have a .5 LBR and .8 tib/fem ratio. Thankfully I have longish arms for my height, but hopefully long legs look decent on a guy :/
