Hi, I am currently in the distraction phase of Femur/LON. I have lengthened about 5.5 cm so far (plan to go to 6.) For anyone who went through this, what's an acceptable ROM for bending and extending. I can currently extend 15 degrees away from full extension and bend up to 90 degrees without pain. Is that normal at this point?
