I know a lot of people here will say LL is not worth it, but is there no alternative way to get a few cm? I do agree its excessive to go the LL route for just 3 cm, but is there no less invasive alternative?

I heard if one has a pull bar and do the hanging, not sure how they call it, for a few months, one will gain probably 5cm at most. That also includes getting enough sleep and take enough calcium. Have you done that exercise before?

Sounds like an old wives' tale

LL isn't just the easiest way it's the only way.

I guess you could also implant silicone in your scalp https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mainoumi_Sh%C5%ABhei (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mainoumi_Sh%C5%ABhei)

Lmao what a guy, what about silicone in the heels, wasnt there something about that, or was it all just a big sham

It probably does work though....
Do you have any pull bar ?

There are plenty of people hiding about 1-5 cm of height from bad posture, a compressed spine, etc. The "easiest" way to regain this height would be stuff like the Alexander technique, stretching exercises, glucosamine sulphate, and maybe even spinal decompression. It's not at all guaranteed that you'll gain 3 cm; you might not even gain 1-2 cm if you're already young and athletic in good health with good posture. However, it's not uncommon for people to gain that much.

Easiest way in terms of recovery time would most likely be internal femur. Easiest way in terms of pain would probably be internal tibia. This is just my experience as I have lengthened/am in the process of lengthening both.

Sole injection. Hit it with filler ;D

If you're going to break your legs, you should do more than 3 cm--just saying.
-
100% not worth to break legs for 3cm, was therefore hoping for alternative for 3, 2 even 1 cm.

For that amount only you can work on routine spine stretching, train posture and walking, appropriate haircuts, choosing the right shoes or using a short elevator insole...

What you mean like yoga?
-
Why would you even consider this hell for 3 cm?
-
Rectifing your posture.

Im not considering the third cirle of hell it would be for 3 cm, but I would go through a painful period in the purgatory, doesnt seem there is any alternative that offers it though
