Title: Can zoom replace social interactions?

If you are alone doing LL in a country where you know no one and don't get to meet anyone for 6 months what happens to your mental health? Can you solve the problem by using Zoom and talking to friends or strangers? Can zoom replace real social interactions to keep you from going insane?

No.
First off zoom is not available to everyone and the network is possible problematic as fk and the communications tend to be distrurbed thereof.
Secondly people tend to enjoy more in offline communications for example do you want to flirt, conversate, and chat with your gf and you two can't even kiss?
Finally there is no need to let zoom supplant social interactions offline and if your friend, or gf or else is kind enough you can take them in companion with you.

Yes. But there's still the feel of loneliness imo
