Hello! Im 5”9 on a goood day but i started to really look at myself and start to think about where I stood and where I stand now and I have a feeling I messed up my growth. In sophomore year I stopped growing but I was stressing for the first time to where I started to throw up because of my first break up. My voice also used to be deeper and I remember being taller than my mates. I watched them grow taller than me (I live in alabama though where it’s the tallest averaging state besides iowa) I feel like a little boy at 20 I have a high pitched voice and I went to get tested for why I feel like 24/7 and found out I had low testerone. I was just prescribed trt and haven’t used it yet. But I was also told by my mom that my dad had hypothyroidism growing up which pissed me tf off because I think I might have had it during school (when I found out about my low test it showed my TSH was normal) did low t contribute to my smaller stature? Does hypothyroidism go away untreated (trying to see if I had it in highschool and it went away naturally) will trt fix my kid like attributes?

As a doctor, you hadn't stunted your growth. Hypothyroidism doesnt go away on its own. Low T actually should have made you become taller as sex hormones cause the fusion of the growth plates. You are simply a late bloomer (and it is obvious from your photos as you still look like a teen). Take the T prescribed to you and hit the gym. Low T is linked to depression and low self esteem in men so taking it will also alleviate your low mood

thank you for that. I do believe this is a mental game for me. Also question regarding external vs internal. If I did do this my ass isn’t gonna spend 50k on internals. Is the recovery the same?? I can’t find a clear answer on this page because it varies person to person. Is it just a difference in “go home time”? Also when I come back to the USA do I need a leg length physical
Therapist to resume my pt or do I gotta be somewhere where one is because if so then I don’t think it’s worth the hassle.

Yes but I also see high estrogen closes it too. So did higher estrogen contribute
