Title: Knocked knees
Post by: scandinavian15 on August 05, 2022, 09:16:58 PM
I have knocked knees, can this be fixed with femoral lengthening? I am planning to do it and wondering if I can fix my knocked knees at the same time.

If knock knees are coming from femurs, yes you can. Reach out to Dr. Assayag, he does this a lot.

any good doctor could fix this not just assayag

i had a 2% valgus on one femur and did tibias where the doctor adjusted the nailing angle to address the femur valgus

so depending on how severe it is you have some leeway and do tibias instead of femurs

what id do is get 3-4 different doctors opinions on it and then assess what to do
