Title: Any stories/feedback from people who had SMOOTH LL experiences?

I am wondering, are there people who basically sail through LL surgery with no issues or very minimal ones? We probably do not hear their stories too much as they just get back to life.

It's the worst stories that gain the most attention I would assume.
