Title: Want to know about 4+4 recovery

     hi ，everyone. I can’t decide to do 4 or 4+4 surgeries since most people just did 6-7 increase on single bone.
     I have known that 4 might not affect your athletic abilities. But double 4 ? I am not sure. Anyone has a case where people did a 4+4 surgery and how were their recovery.

I guess double 4 also would not cause you lose athletic abilities
