Title: For those that lengthened 6CM or less on femurs:how long until walking normally?

1) LL on femurs
2) 6CM or less
3) Internal weight bearing nails

5cm on femurs is a minimum of 55-60 days. No one consolidates in a month. It is usually 4-6 months to weightbare and then another month or two tobresume normal walk so we are talking about 6 months usually in the best case

4-6 months to weightbare?  This poll is for full weight bearing nails like the Betzbone or Gnail.  Your timeline looks reasonable though.
