Lost count of the number of times i see people post online that you cant run or walk and have to sit wheelchair by 40 or 50. When many examples has shown its not the case. Are they fear mongering because they are jealous and too scared to undergo the procedure so they discourage people from doing it from getting the benefits. Saw many videos of people walking with walker just weeks after surgery, some even a few days.

I've watched a few interviews where the doctors have mentioned 100% success rate. The Canadian doctor claimed 100% with tons of surgeries accomplished. Paley just recently talked about the risks of a bad doctor but I doubt anything too serious could come from leg lengthening. There's no way you'll end up in a wheelchair unless they were operating on your spine. I would assume jealousy for the most part. Most tall people want to keep their height as an advantage. There's users on here who have LL to 5'8 and then say anybody who does it at 5'8 is insecure lol so even leg lengtheners do this too.

People just are pussys so many people want to be taller but few have the balls to do it. I’ve done this surgery and it wasn’t nearly as bad as half the pussys on this forum made it out to be.

Who'd you go with to get it done? I'm thinking India or Turkey for cost savings, even though they've been getting ripped on. And did you use LON, stryde, or precice 2.2?

Did it with Livelifetaller buldu using lon femurs. They were great never had any problems. I’ll prob do tibias together when I remove the rods so I won’t have to do multiple surgeries.

Depends on the person. Some people were moaning and screaming everyday. I never had any days where pain was beyond a 5

How would you describe a 5 pain? Different people could have different 5

It's 99% jealousy and because the surgery essentially breaks the status quo for lot of people. You would see in LL documentaries where people would leave passive-aggressive comments like " omg they look like T-rex's now ", " they should have spent that on theraphy ", or " lets see how they feel in 30 years ". Do you really think people type this because they really care about people that might not be comfortable with their height and prevent them from getting the surgery? Definitely no, but it gives them the idea of " if they can do it why can't I? " but with a huge time and money investment that come with this surgery a great majority of people won't be able to get it so they want other people to think the surgery is a waste and/or will make you a cripple.
If you also look at posts where people with dwarfism get like 30 cm ( 1 feet ) worth of lengthening done lot of people comment that it was a good investment and that they are proud of them for doing so. Why? Because even if a person with dwarfism gets it that wouldn't break their status quo and won't effect them, but do you know which other community bash on people getting 30cm+ lengthening with dwarfirm? The dwarfism community, since again it gives them the idea of " If they can do it why can't I?" and break their communities status quo.
Even in this community, funny enough, you would see people in the 160cm range hating on 170cm+ people or people getting bilateral surgeries as well.

1. from a common perspective, its just intuitive that you wouldn't be able to walk by age 50 even though this is not true, it just makes sense to them so they say it.
2. they look down on us and don't like that we are making moves to be on their level now. tallness allows people to feel a free sense of superiority and this is an equalizer that threatens their sad lives where their only actual accomplishment is being born with better genes... obviously not all tall people are like this or even do it consciously... but it is there and there are more of these people than you would like to think
