Honest opinion, do you think 5 is to much and should i maybe consider going just for 3? do you even notice something weird?

These are not 4 or 5cms on tibias. More like 10-8cms

they are in inches, so 10cm on the middle and 12 on the left

You are not going to lengthen 10cm on the tibias so why even bother?
