Title: Anyone had gnail removed in a country that does not use gnail?

I heard that the United States does not use gnail/is not familiar with its instrumentation ---so for gnail removal, supposedly you should not do it in the United States I heard

I'm assuming this is correct, are there any counter examples?

I know that Dr. Assayag does nail removal for people who were not his patients, but I wonder if that is just for precise 1/2/2.2 and not gnail or betzbone
