Everyone is different but to me the only thing that will be looking suboptimal is tibia to femur. Anyways it’s the price to get taller and I can improve it later with tibia LL. To get taller we need to sacrifice things. Money, sports, proportions. Etc. It’s what we all signed up for. That’s also why I wouldn’t recommend this surgery to 99% of people that just want to be a bit taller.

Nobody really notices that because it's considered "normal" and unless it's REALLY really off I don't think it's an issue (despite the crazy obsession that people here have with proportions).

Yea I agree. people here are either mostly teenagers I suppose. Or people who will never do this anyways.

Highly doubt it because if you look really close you can see where his knees actually are. They are a good junk above where his pants fold a bit. High waist jeans + folding pants give away that look
