Title: For those lengthening at a foreign place, staying indoors

Hi, just a quick qn. For those people lengthening overseas in a foreign place, especiallg when you cant speak their language, is it normal for you to stay indoors throughout your lengthening phase in your rented placd besides doctor appointments? Whats the longest you stayed at your room without going out?

Yes, that is normal.
