Title: if u do both femur/tibia do you increase by ratio?

if u wanna increase 10cm overall
what's safe when increasging the length?

will you do 5cm on both or
proportionally to your original length ratio of tibia:femur?

Maybe something like 6.5 cm femur and 3.5 cm tibia.
