When you do LL, does the new bone have the same bone density/strength as the rest of your bones? Like if you took a bone dexa would it come out in a normal range.

The density looked good in my final x-rays.

Ok cool. Thanks.

The osteotomy site when fully healed will be even stronger than your initial bone. You will have denser and more bone on the lengthening site. This is normal for fractures because the bodies repair mechanism makes sure the site will not rebreak again. Only after many years and nail removal will the bone slim down again because of remodelling.
All of this has no no consequence for you. Once you are consolidated enough you can do anything again.
