Im in the middle of lengthening and I'm starting to get a bit obsessed with ratios and I'm considering doing 3.5CM instead of 4CM.

What do you guys think? I have a fear of finishing lengthening and having unnatural proportions. At the same time I know many on here will laugh at 3.5CM as worth it for such a large surgery.
My concerns are with long term arthritis, athleticism, looking unnatural. I figure mother nature made the normal range ratio the way it is for a reason and am just nervous to push it and venture outside of it.
Some numbers:
My starting ratio: 1.256 (.794)
My current ratio having lengthened 2.5CM: 1.323 (.755)
3.5CM lengthening: 1.352 (.74)
4CM lengthening : 1.365 (.732)
You can see from the radiology study linked above that with just 3.5CM Im really starting to leave the majority of the measurements.
There is no chance I'm getting a second surgery on my tibias so I need to get this right.

I also recognize that half a CM is such small amount. Maybe I'm overthinking it....

You can't tell half a cm difference by looking in the mirror. If you're going to worry about it all the time, go for 3.5. If you say you won't regret it, do 4.
