169cm thinking of doing a 5-6cm lengthening.
Not sure if I should do femur or tibia and I have been having a hard time finding good info on how to measure the femur or tibia to get exact results. Also I dont know the best ratio.

My sitting height is 90 / 169 = 0.532
After lengthening around 90/175 = 0.514

Looking at the pictures what would fit best with a 5-6 cm increase, femur or tibia?
