Many who see Goitikas say he offers ITB release. However you see phrases like 'Soft' ITB release thrown around and 'Proper' ITB release, and some argue the minimal ITB release is effectively useless.
Has anyone who has had the proper ITB release identified what this involves? I.E. what did it say on your surgery form, what exactly will be cut and to what degree ( i know it's the ITB band, but what degree?).
