Can aggressive stretching while lengthening ruin leg alignment?
especially when with precice.

I saw a guy who pulled his fibula out of alignment that way.

Yikes! That's something to avoid. What stretch was he doing that caused fibula to move? I thought locking screws at top and bottom held it in place relative to Tibia?

Yeah I think he yanked on one of them too hard.  Not sure what stretch was responsible; he had an extensive routine.

The logical approach to this potential problem, or any other, is...Do exactly what your physical therapist and Doctor tell you to do.

As long as you didn't go to a butcher, the surgical team has your best interests in mind, and if something goes wrong it can be fixed.
