Hi,
For those who's had LL, wondering if it is physically feasible to recover/grow from LL while holding a full time job? I work remote and my hours are pretty much 6:30am to 6:30pm. If I have a surgery, would I be able to recover on this type of work schedule? or is it too dangerous, so full recover without working is the best thing to do?
Thanks,

I literally took 1 day off (surgery day on friday), and had no caretaker the entire time. yes, possible unless you're a pussy

Highly depends on how much pain you will experience, which is very individual.
To put it this way, being on high doses of oral voltaren and tramadol puts you in a bit of a zombie like state that isn't very optimal for working.

I took three days off for the days I was in the hospital. That’s it. It’s totally do-able if you work remotely

Did pain killers affect your mental abilities at work?

Some people I knew worked remotely the whole way through LL with externals on. It can be done, especially if you are really good at your job. If you struggle, maybe you'll need more of your mental resources than the drain from LL will leave you with.
