Title: Question - Thickening Calves after Tibia Lengthening

Hi,

I am considering getting tibia lengthening (5cm), as my tibia is relatively short compared to the femur.
After doing some reading, I have found that, for males, calves get noticeably larger after the recovery phase.

My issue is that I already have very large calves. Where can I find before / after photos showing the calves comparison?
