Totally random, but the other day I was sitting next to my 6'4" friend (legit 193cm, having had height dysphoria I would know)
He was sitting up straight, so I did as well and I realized that my torso is actually the same length as his. His neck is maybe 1" longer, his femurs were about 2" longer (vs mine with +3") and tibias 3" longer. Just more proof that it's all in the legs!
His proportions look very good though because he has nearly a foot of wingspan on me lol ::)

I agree. My best friend is 6' and our torsos are basically the same length. All his height is in the legs

Does your friend think on undergoes to LL at 193cm height barefoot?

I meant I had height dysphoria so I'm very good at assessing the true height of guys.
This guy obviously doesn't have any problems with height and doesn't know what LL is. His game is actually not that good, but it doesn't matter because there's a pool of decent looking girls who just throw themselves at him lol
