Please tell us what part of the leg you are unable to move.
Are you saying that you cannot dorsiflex your ankle joint?
If so, you have peroneal nerve palsy.

It was on osteotomy site nothing to worry. Your doctor didn't break your bone properly at the time of osteotomy. But still you need xray to know now in which way bone get fracture. If it is till screw site , you are in trouble

'i can't move my leg up like before' does not seem to mean that your leg is paralyzed, but that you are worried about swelling in your leg and don't want to move it.
It could be a herniated muscle bump as you say, in which case no worries.
By the way, you need a doctor's opinion after all, but can't you get one on the weekend?

Bro i am not an expert but it does not look good. What Dr Doan saying?
Have you tried to ask a second opinion from another doctor?

You might have procurvatum/recurvatum. You need side x rays.

If the bump site is hard as a bone, then it could be procurvatum as you say.
I could not come up with that point. You are insightful.

fwiw, I had fibula pain early on after the surgery since they would touch each other due to lesser distraction but no swelling. It went away after about 1.5-2cm.

Keep us updated after your X ray Beemer, it's good to see how Dr. Doan deals with unexpected or usual complications.

thanks for letting me know. i am super worried about it. my pt was telling me give it a week and it will heal. so once it heals ill have my confidence again and practice other stuff like walking with a walker.
