Hey folks,
so currently my height and wingspan are exactly the same (1:1). How many cm can I get in tibias without looking weird? I am thinking 6-6.5cm would that be okay looks wise?
-
A picture is better than numbers... no one can tell without seeing a pic
-
you don t get T-rex arms with tibias
it oculd be unusual if you have a Tibia to Femur ratio significantly below 70%
-
Just don't do tibias. They heal way slower, have a much higher complication rate and the height potiental is lower. Lengthening above 5-6 cm is gambling with your health for minimum gain. You might think about proportions but other don't.

bro i told you many times already that i already did 5cm femurs and want to do tibias next.

6cm+ on tibias might be unsafe. Lengthen and observe though. You should have just done 8cm on femurs, tbh. Now you're wanting to do a whole other surgery that is more unsafe than the previous one

did 5cm on femurs not 8.

Yes. I know. That’s why I said you “should have” done 8cm on femurs.
But to answer your other question, I think you would be fine proportions wise if you did 6cm on tibias.

6cm more will look fine until you reveal where your hip is, so when you tuck your shirt in, or go without a shirt proportions will probably look noticeable
so keep monitoring yourself and stop when you think it is too much

Dealing with this right now. Did tibias after femurs and the extra height is definitely worth it but my arms are noticeable smaller (at least to me). Will probably get humerus lengthening in the next year so I won't have to worry about it.

How much did you do with each segment? What’s your wingspan vs height now? Most people won’t notice your wingspan unless your hands don’t go reach the bottom of your torso

7cm on Femurs, 6cm on tibias, wingspan is about 4 inches shorter than my height now. I know most people probably won't notice but I do notice, especially when I'm sitting have my arms laying on my legs and how I'm unable to reach things as easily off the ground now.

I see a lot of tall guys have short arms. Like having now observed this regularly since investigating LL, it seems guys over 190 often have arms that don’t reach past their crotch….

I don't know about that, haven't really seen it. Most athletes in the NBA/NFL have their wingspan measured and it's usually a few inches longer than their height. Of course that's advantageous in sports, but they are also very tall, average basketball player is 6'6 and the average football player is 6'2. It's noticeable when you see the players with negative wingspans.
