I am at 158cm male :( aged 22. So, my questions are given below. You might think them common but I have read so many different answers regarding it so i am confused. Consider that for me precice is the only option as I will never go with any external fixator.
1. Minimum age to get it done with precice stryde
2. Pain level comparision.
3. minimum time before starting walking again.
4. What about FDA recall on your rods of stainless steel or aluminium ones. Do these still contain the chances of corrosion and injection later on? I have read the percentage of rods found to be corroded after removal surgery and found them to be a major problem.
5. IT band release is compulsory to everyone? Is there any complications can happen doing this?

The stryde nail is currently out of the market

The precice max is supposed to come on the market q1 2024. It is a titanium weight bearing nail. You will be walking 1-3 weeks post op.
