Hello, after lengthening tibias by around 6,5 cm, I cannot walk anymore even with the walker because my heels do not touch the ground plus my posture is really bad (duck ass I think) so if I try to walk even with the walker I tend to fall down.
The doctor told me this will go away with time and to use lifts for now.
But how can I fight ballerina with lifts?
Well I can’t even walk or stand for a meaningful amount of time so I really don’t know how to stretch them.
How long until ballerina feet will go away, or at least will let me to walk better in shoes maybe? Weeks? Months?
I think for now my heels are 3-4 cm above the ground.

First of all now the most important thing is to start walking. Your doctor is right, equinus with walking and time will become much better.
Use 4cm lifts for now and walk as much as you can. In a few months you would be ok with 3cm lifts. And then with 2 and with time your heels will touch the ground. Your dorsiflexion will never be the same as before LL but you will function normally with time, don't worry.

Do you have a good physical therapist?

I don’t know if he’s good. Never had physical therapy before

Thanks. Sorry if I ask again but why did you do atl? stretching and walking didn’t work for you?

hang ur feet off a stair case. should of bought an angle board. they have ankle night splints. u can use at night time but its not that good. find one that fit ur size. i sleep with my feet point down which is bad and in the morning i have to stretch my feet out again. my feet feel like it goes back to the original and i get ballerina ft again.

Because my moron ex doctor convinced me to and ruined me.
I did at shortening to fix my problems and thanx god it worked. It gave me equinus back though but I fixed it with the way I mentioned.
Still I have about 1-2cm which it goes if I stand for a long time but I don't care, I always wear 2,5cm lifts with shoes to keep my achilles from stretching too much and of course to gain some extra height.

6.5 cm? Everyone on this forum knows that 5cm is the limit for tibias. Even just a quick glance on here will reveal that information. A reason you did that much? What's done is done. Hopefully this will rectify.
