What are those things that he wears all the time when working out? AFAIK he did 10 cm on his tibia and I bet that he uses those things to alleviate discomfort during training or something.
Do you have any idea of what those things are and what's the purpose of wearing them?

who is Apo?

Who cares what does a madman like him? Almost for sure, with the huge amount of LL he did, he will be ruined in less than a decade no matter what he does now.

He did his first LL when he was in his mid 30s, back in 2011. He's now almost 50 years old. I wonder how he feels now in terms of leg health. I doubt he would be honest if he ever wanted to share his experiences on this forum someday.

It seems he’s ok or at least can live a “normal life” from IG perspective as he showed.. but just a 2% case of success from someone who did both limbs +4 inches each one

the dude looks like he thinks about height alot haha. his proportions look likes it matches his legs though from the ig link.

How much did he lengthen on each segment? Also, he doesn’t look close to 50 in the insta someone linked.

About 10 cm in each segment. I don't know about humerous.

He did 11 cm on tibia and 10 cm on femur. His tibia is insanely long.
