Hey guys !

I just want to know what is the best method for doing big LL
In terms of :

1- safety
2-fast recovery
3- possible complications

I said that because I'm currently working and I want to choose the best option

The best available method for the femur is Precice 2 and for the tibia LON / LATN . But this opinion is binding only me! Otherwise you can wait until January and do Stryde which is even better than precice 2.

The recovery time of your body much like complications! So it's almost impossible to predict.
