I've been having problems with my right ankle. I have tendon issues I got as a side effect from an antibiotic I took years ago. Is this surgery still possible for me? I'm thinking my I soles will do more damage to my limbs if I continue to wear them then this surgery would. I think my ankle ache now is due to wearing my insoles. I didn't know if this issue would cause doctors to not want to do the surgery on me though. I almost want to just get them amputated so I can have no joint pain from the shoe lifts and get taller prosthetics. But I know that's crazy.

You should go to get a consultation right away to make sure you're okay. Most who have CLL are in just "average" shape at best and stretching isn't something they have done for their entire lives until PT begins during lengthening. Keep in mind that your ankle issues will be less of an issue if you extend the femur. I wouldn't worry too much about this.
Question for you - How high are you lifting yourself? 2, 3, 4+ inches..?
