I'm looking for the most accurate way to know my exact height
-
You want to get to 189 cm with a sitting height of 91? Your legs would look way too long at that point.
-
idk, I have a 6'3" friend with the same sitting height
-
Tall people slouch more when they sit, you can't tell their true sitting height just by looking at them. I doubt' there's a 6'3 guy out there with the torso of a 5'6 man.

Buy a Stadiometer.

At night, stand against a wall, with socks unworn(actually socks aint problems),press a ruler onto your head and and use a pen to sign the position where your head is shown by the ruler. And use a tape to measure the height. That's your exact height.

Very accurate, only off by a few mm(less than 1cm). Although stadiometer is the most accurate in my opinion.
