Title: Is 4-5 inches feasible to get to 178-180 cm?

I'm 5'6" with a 5'10" wingspan and my torso is like 15 inches. Will my proportions look wacky at 180 and will I lose mobility and be under risk? My legs already look pretty long. Sitting height: 81 cm

I'm thinking 3 inches femurs and 2 on tibias.

Is 4-5 inches too much in your opinion?

You will look out of proportion nked, your legs are already really long for your height, so 5'10 is not going to be feasible. In clothes you'll look fine because of your wingspan, but theres no point to it if you look weird with a shirt off. Are you sure your sitting height is that low?

Yeah my torso is really short. Even when I'm standing my shoulders are on level with someone 5'4" on something but my neck is also pretty long. Could my proportions mean I have some growing to do? My dad got a late spurt and is like 5'8".

Everyone's dad had a "late growth spurt". You're probably done growing. I wouldn't go for leg lengthening, its not for you.
