Hey all,
By alternative I mean maybe another method to grow taller (maybe with chemicals, cells, anything)
Do you believe that could happen in the near future?

We can't say anything about the future but today there is NOTHING!!! at all that can increase your height except for LL - NOTHING!
No stretching, no drugs, no nothing. End of story!

Some HGH injections at certain times in a child's development. Be really careful with that one though.

I remember that I read once about new Japanese technology that make you increase your height by special device that spin.. ..
the good thing about this , is that you don't have to pay until you gain some height, for 1cm/ 1000$
but I think you can't length your legs for more than 4cm

The effect will be the same as hanging from a chin up bar and putting weights around your waist.
Little gain from spine decompression which you will lose soon after.
I imagine in the not too distant future we could have some reactivation of growth plates, but god only knows what issues that could cause (tumours, etc if not done right.)
We are going to be able to repair pretty much any part of the body in our lifetimes so live healthy and live long!

It's quite old and known in the HI (=height increase without LL) community.

Looks like the torture rack off metal gear solid. Haha.
You'd get better results hanging upside down from a climbing frame. You'd feel less of a penis doing this too!

Not really, I only heard of internal methods and a magnet if I am not mistaken
