Since I only have 3 months I was thinking of doing only 4cm with a 0.66cm/day rate and have a fast recovery.
But then....4cm...is that even worth it?
I'm going to do tibias and femurs anyway so if I'm not happy I can do like 6cm in femurs but that will make me look way out of proportion isn't it?
What do you think?

It depends what you want to get out of lengthening. If you don't think lengthening will make that much of a difference in your quality of life then going through the procedure and recovery would certainly not be worth it. As far as numbers go, it's my opinion that the shorter one is the more significant any amount of lengthening becomes. For example if you were 5'5 and lengthening 4cm almost brings you to 5'7, that's still a significant difference in the eyes of many others.

I'm fking 157cm male (sorry for cursing; I hate my height), every cm matters.

My best is just as much as I can in 2-3 months.
I'd rather have a ballerina for 1 year than giving up 1 cm since ballerina can be treated naturally.

I agree with Kilokahn that the shorter you are the more It is worth it to do LL. I'm 167 and I think 5 cm is worth it for me. I will probably do 6 to 7 on my tibs and then maybe do femurs.

If you're going to do both anyway, it doesn't matter if you do 5/5 or 4/6. Nobody will notice the difference between the two end results, probably not even you.
-
Less than 5cm is only worth for the second LL. If you are going to do only one, it is not worth, because only 4cm will not change a lot your height perspective...

Somecm, believe me.. It does when you're a midget like me.
Every cm matters.
I'm going to do femurs and tibs at all cost.
