Title: Is anyone concerned about flexbility/able to touch your toes while bending over?
Post by: gyogeul on June 21, 2016, 01:32:38 AM
I'm 172cm and at most would like 8cm~10cm max (4 inches) overall on a combination of both tibias and femurs. I have noticeably long arms for my height; I've measured my arms against people from 185cm to 190cm and my arms are either as long as theirs or longer (mine were longer than a mate of mine who is 190cm). standing upright, my hands are about 2 inches from touching my knees.

my concern isn't so much proportion, but flexibility; specifically, being able to touch your toes while standing or sitting (with your leads spread outward). I know that shoes also add about another inch or two which creates a bigger disparity ontop of height. Does anyone else share my concern? I'm much more worried about not being able to do these things rather than my proportions looking awkward.
