Hello everyone, first of all im new here and i dont really know english very well, so if i made mistakes when im trying to tell you my problem please be patient. (and please warn me.)
Im 18 years old fm and my height is 5'4. I would like to be 5'8 or 5'9 (I dont if its possible but hope it is. )
What is the best technique for lengthening in my case? And is it possible too that i can survive surgery without any scar?
And there is something else,
when i got taller from my legs, how my arms, my hands and my feet look like? They also must get taller, right?

Only the segment you lengthen(your femur or tibia bone) gets longer.

Did you think if you got taller from your legs the rest of your body would adapt and magically extend itself too? :o

It is well known the spine bones can grow up to 30% of the lengthening that is done in the legs, so if I lengthen 6 cm in my femurs and 3 cm in my tibiae, my spine is expected to grow up to 2.7 cms.....or a similar number.
:P

Considering that you mentioned your difficulty with English, I'm not sure why you're being mocked here when everyday we have users who (despite 'speaking' perfect English) cannot be bothered to read through the stickies/diaries, go on to ask broad/asinine questions, and yet receive endless answers and welcome arms.
2 surgeries-
External tibia (5-6 cm)
Internal femur (5-6 cm)
-This will get you in the 5'8/5'9 range.
-If you feel your arms are too short afterwards, it is possible to lengthen your arms as well.
-You will have scarring
-
Thank you for your response.

5 cm will make her 5'6, btw 5'4 is an amazing height for women
