Holy crap lol. I honestly think his proportions looks BETTER after lengthening. Anyone want to guess/know how tall he was pre-op? (looks to me like he did 5'6->5'10)

Sure his arms look a *little* short but that's just cause we know he did LL. Plus, he could always decide to do AL too.

He was 5'5 went to 5'9.5. he did all 4 segments of his legs with Paley.

Lol bro what is this sorcery? His body honestly looks much more balanced after doing LL. Or maybe I'm just a fan of superhero proportions. I don't know, he looks great.

How he looks more balanced? He is just now long legged.
Honestly he is rly close to borderline of looking unnaturally long legged.

Like I said, maybe I'm just a big fan of super-hero proportions.

I wouldn't say his proportions look better, but he does look bigger overall- I think height does that, though, gives the illusion of a broader body too.

I honestly doubt he got 4 inches done on his quads.

I have no doubt he got 4 inches, see the image.

I honestly doubt he got 4 inches done on his quads.
After reading the article, he lengthened all 4 segments for a total of approximately 4 and a half inches.
I assume quad being used in this circumstance means quadrilateral lengthening, all 4 segments rather than lengthening of the 'quadricep' muscle (the frontal muscle surrounding the femur) of 4 inches.
I hope this has clarified the issue.

If I remember correctly, he said that he had unnaturally short legs before LL, and the surgery took him to the other end of the spectrum. That probably explains why he doesn't look so bad, even by wearing his shirt tucked-in, something that post LL patients may not feel so comfortable doing.

his before and after pictures are on the paley website. You can see the transformation there.

After viewing the accompanying video of him on Dr Paley's website which can be found here;
https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=9&v=nELi8YrjQBg
He seems to be in a very impressive condition athletically post limb lengthening. With a very scrutinizing eye, I would say his gait is slightly stiff during the trail running section but some stiffness is to be expected and it also could simply be just him running on uneven ground. It certainly isn't very noticeable. Proportions wise, his arms are slightly short for his height and he now has a leggy appearance but not so much that it appears unnatural, it can also be addressed with arm lengthening to fall in a more 'acceptable' proportional range.
After seeing diaries from multiple Paley patients and this video which echoes their sentiments in regards to the success of the lengthening, as of right now I believe Dr Dror Paley is one of the finest cosmetic limb lengthening surgeons in the world today and would be my number one choice.
