Title: Tibia to femur ratio - how to?

I hear this thrown around alot but how do I exactly measure this in order to make more informed decision? My femurs seem short compared to my tibias but without using other forms of measuring and such it's hard to confirm.

X-Rays are the only accurate way.

So there's no mock up way I can atleast compare?
